Mentorship initiative

The Warrior Way

The Warrior Way is a youth mentorship initiative rooted in leadership, service, and tradition. Our mission is to empower junior high and high school football players in Lebanon, Ohio, to become positive role models by mentoring youth football teams through the Lebanon Warrior Youth Football League.

Mentor Commitment

Student-athletes commit at least two hours per week throughout the season. They lead by example, teach fundamentals, reinforce character, and strengthen community connection.
