The Warrior Way

The Warrior Way is a youth mentorship initiative rooted in leadership, service, and tradition. Our mission is to empower junior high and high school football players in Lebanon, Ohio, to become positive role models by mentoring youth football teams through the Lebanon Warrior Youth Football League (LWYFL).

By committing a minimum of two hours per week throughout the season, these student-athletes will lead by example—teaching fundamental skills, promoting good character, and fostering a strong sense of community.

Upon successful completion and coach verification, each mentor will be recognized with an official Service Acknowledgment Certificate from the LWYFL—honoring their dedication to the next generation of Warriors and reinforcing that true greatness begins with giving back.
